Accountable for OTIF, inventory accuracy, cold chain compliance, labour productivity and operational discipline. The position holder is expected to follow the set rules, regulations and guidelines of BPUL while ensuring the accomplishment of goals and targets given by Management. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Dispatch Operations Plan and supervise all daily dispatch activities. Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and completely. Ensure loading starts and finishes according to schedule. Ensure trucks leave site on time. Cold room management Manage stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO), temperature monitoring, space utilization, housekeeping and stock movements. Delivery Operations Manage delivery clerks, truck departures, PODs and customer delivery issues. Inventory Control Ensure daily reconciliation, variance inves
