Apply Uganda helps job seekers find reviewed opportunities and helps employers submit jobs for review. We may update, suspend, or remove features as the platform improves.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account, posting jobs, applying for jobs, reporting suspicious listings, or using the CV Builder.

The platform supports job seeker, employer, and admin roles. You must not access dashboards, data, or features that do not belong to your role.

You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Employers must submit truthful job information, clear application instructions, accurate company details, and real contact information.

Jobs that request application fees, mislead candidates, impersonate other organizations, or appear unsafe may be rejected, expired, removed, or investigated.

Job seekers must submit truthful application and CV information. You should apply only for opportunities you are genuinely interested in and qualified to pursue.

Apply Uganda does not guarantee employment, interviews, employer responses, or the accuracy of every third-party job source.

We may review, edit, reject, hide, feature, expire, or remove jobs, companies, reports, applications, or other content where needed for quality, safety, abuse prevention, or platform integrity.

You must not upload harmful code, spam, scams, abusive content, false information, or content that violates another person or organization's rights.

Apply Uganda is built around verified opportunities and no application-fee scams. Job seekers should not pay anyone to apply for a job listed on the platform.

If a listing, employer, or third party asks you for an application fee, report it immediately.

We may update these Terms of Use as the platform develops. The updated date on this page shows when the latest version was published.

Continued use of Apply Uganda after changes means you accept the updated terms.
