Overview
Lead and Oversee End-to-End Data Collection Processes: Provide technical expertise and leadership, ensuring data collection is efficient, effective, and compliant. This ensures their functionality and strict adherence to organizational standards before deployment and utilization. Design and maintain comprehensive standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data collection, storage, and usage, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all Raising The Village’s areas of operation. Implement and uphold robust data integrity and assurance protocols, encompassing ethical handling, regular audits, and validation, to ensure collected data is consistently accurate and reliable. Requirements and Qualifications
Proven experience in M&E and project management is a MUST, preferably in the context of development projects or non-profit organizations. Proficiency in relational data management systems and pipeline development languages such as Python, R will be an advantage. A comprehensive understanding of data collection platforms that utilize XLS architecture, such as SurveyCTO, CommCare, and Survey123, is required. Familiarity with GIS technologies such as ArcGIS and QGIS for mapping Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment. Detail-oriented and well-organised to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
